We keep names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses for the current calendar
year when you give us your information and then for five calendar years. After that date we
will give you the option to consent for another five years, or will then dispose your
information by deleting it from our electronic records in the January after the expiry date of
the information that we hold about you.
If you kindly make a donation to Isabel’s Voice using our card payment processing partner
by credit/debit card, we will never have receipt of those details and will not hold them on
our systems. You will be bound by the terms and conditions as laid out by the Charities Aid
Foundation (CAF).
